04/27/2005: "Cs Tweaks"

I adjusted both CS1 and CS2 today.

CS1 started the 17 day run at about +4x10^-13 but then flattened out for a couple of days, and returned to about +8x10^-13. I adjusted it minus 10 minor divisions to 508.

CS2 was a very stable +4.7x10^-13 over the whole run, so I adjusted it minus 5 minor divisions to 472.
