07/23/2006 Entry: "Tweaking RB1"

I haven't touched the 5065A since February, and it's now about 4x10^-12 low. So I'm moving it from 1.84 to 1.88 (two minor divisions). That might be a slight overcompensation, but I'll let things run for a while and then recheck.

UPDATE: That was a bit too much so I moved back 1/2 minor division, to 1.87.
