Time from GPS Antenna to N connector through LMR-400 is 56.06 nanoseconds, according to Tom the RF applications engineer. That translates to physical length of 45.973 feet (based on measured velocity factor).

Delay from antenna port to port 1 of HP 58517A 8 port splitter is 14.7 ns in center of passband, about 20 ns at the edges. Other ports very similar, but port 5 has weird peak outside the passband.

HP 58535A 2 port splitter, antenna to port 1 is 22.8 ns at center and about 26 ns at edges, gain about 1.1dB. Port 2 basically the same.
