Subject: State Tornado Drill

The annual State of Ohio weather awareness test is Wednesday, March 29 at 9:50 a.m.
We try to cover as many official places as possible for this test.
This gives us an opportunity to see and be seen in these places, so that
if an emergency arises then we can be more prepared for it.
The following places have antennas and except for one has a radio to use:

Bellbrook
EOC PD W8LLY Fred Stone
FD Station 2

Sugarcreek Township
EOC W8TOG Henry Bussey
FD Station 1 K8RCJ Mary Ann Stone/KD8APS Pam Lubbers/KD8CZW Sharon Kanko

Emergency Shelters Sugarcreek
Grange Wilmington Pike
Community Center Washington Mill
Hope UMC Wilmington Pike/I-675
Christ Community Church Upper Bellbrook Rd.

Whether or not there are any problems with the people requested to cover the assigned areas please let me know as soon as possible so that other
arrangements can be made.

As for the Emergency Shelters, these will have to be covered from the parking lots with a mobile rig.
Anyone who would like to cover any of these spots please let me know.

We would like for everyone to be in place no later than 9:30 so as to have time to get equipment operating.

We still need some volunteers for some of the places.
Please note that one of the places is the Station 2 in Bellbrook.

Please let me know what you can do, as soon as possible, so that I can let
the Police and Fire officials know who to expect at their locations.

73,

Henry Bussey, W8TOG, AEC Bellbrook, Sugarcreek Township
