[barc] GCARES 2006 SET Rescheduled to October 21

The GCARES annual Simulated Emergency Test (SET) exercise normally scheduled
for the first Saturday in October has been postponed until Saturday 21
October in order to coincide with a "mass casualty" exercise planned for
10/21.

This is just a heads-up to advise that the Greene County ARES 2006 SET is
being rescheduled.  Further details about the October 21 SET exercise will
be forthcoming in a day or two.

Most adjacent counties will be conducting their SET's this coming weekend so
you might listen around and monitor those activities.  I'll try to post more
about those activities (and frequencies) as information becomes available.
