[clcopt-list] MVPT: Monthly TEST Message (145.11 Down, no Net)

MVPT:
This is a regular Monthly TEST of the MVPT.

NOTE: The 145.11 repeater is DOWN.  It is being worked.  NO ARES Net 
tonight.

It is held in conjunction with the first District 3 ARES Net of every
month (Wednesday's at 8:00 PM Local) on the 145.11 repeater system.

Also tested at this time is the District 3 ARES EARS alert radio system.

Again, this is a TEST message.  You DO NOT need to take any action.

The date and time of the latest test will be posted on the MVPT
page at:
