I just spoke to Mike, WD8BSI MARA President:  They are covered for the 
time being.  There is currently a low volume to no traffic coming out of 
the affected areas.  He requests that people wishing to help MONITOR the 
MARA 147.195(+) repeater.  They will announce if/when they need more ops 
on that machine.  In addition, I will post information here and on the 
District 3 ARES web site as I receive it.
