Subject: [Rfcarrier] License Exams 7/16

The DARA VE Team will offer amateur radio license exams Wednesday, July
16, 7:00pm at the DARA Clubhouse, 6619 Bellefontaine Rd, Huber Heights.

All three license elements (Technician, General and Extra) will be
offered. There is no charge the exams. Walk-ins are welcome.
Pre-registration is only required if special accommodations are needed.

Applicants must show a valid government issued photo ID (i.e. driver's
license). We do not need a photocopy of this ID.

Applicants who will be upgrading an existing amateur license or
providing any other documentation for credit (such as a CSCE) must show
us the original and provide a photocopy for us to file. 

Successful applicants must complete a NCVEC 605 form. This form will be
available at the test session. This form requires either a social
security number (SSN) or FCC registration number (FRN). If you don't
want to provide your SSN and don't have a FRN, you may visit the FCC
website at

and apply for one in advance. There is no charge for this.
