[tawg-list] Tone on APRS frq around Indy

Has anyone in the Indy area noticed a short tone burst on 144.390? I notice it on the southeast side of downtown and it gets stronger as I go out southeastern Ave the the southeast with peak strength at about I465 and US 52. It's like a station is trying to send a packet but a tone is transmitted instead of the packet. I notice it at my house in New Palestine also. It's not all the time just every few minutes. I've noticed it for a few days now.

Oh, I'm not it, listened to all my transmitters to confirm.
