[time-nuts] Bill Ezell's ftp

Mark (and Bill), I had to use my FTP client (Transmit) to get to  
anything. Using the browser did not work -- took me to an empty  
folder named "pub". Everything is there when I connect using Transmit  
on my iMac.

Thanks Bill, for all the work! Greatly appreciated.
