I'm reading today the press release but on the 26th of August the METAS (the Swiss federal office of metrology) decided to shutdown the HBG time transmitter (located in Switzerland) by the end of the 2011. Here in Europe the main reference for the radiocontrolled clocks is the DFC77 station in Germany.
