The beta version of TimeLab can do that (
http://www.miles.io/timelab/readme.htm ).  Set your counter to talk-only
mode, and use "Acquire->Acquire from GPIB Counter in Talk-Only mode."
There's some online help in the acquisition dialog, but beyond that you'll
need to go through some trial and error, as there are no other docs right
now.   Ultimately you should end up with a graph that looks like the
attached one.
