I've no idea what that even means, but the "normal" 59309 has a switch 
inside that selects the external reference from 10, 5 or 1 MHz.  I've 
been feeding one from a gps for years.

It also has a front panel switch under the cover that selects leap 
years, to keep the calendar correct.
