[time-nuts] HP10811-60111 oven failure + repair of *thermal* fuse

Fellow Time-Nuts,
the polyfuse was finally replaced now with a thermal fuse. The closest I 
got my hands on was 115degC. Fits nicely and oven is heating up again :)
