Googling "DS1620 site:febo.com" should give you the relevant details.
And I bought some chips from French eBay seller philing2003. His chips 
are rev D1 and work fine. Rev E chips produce staircase-looking curves 
because Maxim changed the high-res temperature protocol while Trimble 
didn't adapt.
