[time-nuts] Anyone have a dead HP 5370B counter?

I had that problem myself and solved it by reseating the boards and
the connectors.

Unfortunately not until I had ordered a replacement board, so I do
indeed have one lying around.  I'd suggest you try the reseating
first though.
