[time-nuts] Another test message

Sorry for all the test bandwidth.  Alberto's messages were being silently discarded and it took some sleuthing to figure out what was going on.

I'm still not totally certain, but I think the problem was that the mailing list manager (Mailman) was configured to accept only certain mime-types (like "text/plain" and some other non-evil ones).  If the message contained at least one valid type, the message would get through, though the invalid parts (like executables, etc.) would be stripped off.  But I learned that a single part message that did not have the mime-type properly identified would be silently dropped, and that's my guess of what's happening.

Since I am running separate spam and virus filters ahead of Mailman, there's no real need for the mime-part checking, so I've disabled that and it seems to have solved the problem.
