Well, actually I should have looked at the current temp plot before 
writing that.  There is about a 3 degree F increase in temperature each 
day during the observation period that appears to start at ~1100 UTC (I 
need to pull the data into a graphing program and zoom in on it to get a 
more exact time).

The Z3801A phase shift occurs at about 0930UTC each day.  That's not a 
perfect correlation, but it may be more than a coincidence that two such 
well defined events occur so closely; it just would make more sense if 
the temperature change happened *before* the phase change...

If I have time tonight, I'll try to lay the two plots on top of each 
other and see what happens.
