No, a lot have happened since and I'm currently actively working on it.

For the 4501 yoy need a frequency in the 32-33.3 MHz range (25-40 MHz
is likely to work)

Uhm, I thought the Oncore products discontinued after SiRF took it
over from Motorola ?
