Yes, it is/was on the eBay page (which I still have open in a window):

"Hewlett Packard Cesium Beam Tube. On the large label is has part number 
05061-6077, series 1924A, serial number 02909. On the small label on the end it
has Part number 05081-60020, serial number 1924A02909. I got this from a scrap
yard. The folks there save vacuum tubes for me and when they saw "tube" on this
they pulled it out of the test set. I don't see any cut wires so it looks like
they unhooked it. It is about 15 by 5 1/2 inches. It has some rubbing on the
paint but is in excelent condition."

Now that it isn't for sale any longer it might be of more academic interest, so
that we can learn if encountering a similar situation.
