[time-nuts] GPSDO in the new issue of QEX

Haven't had a chance to do more than glance at it yet, but the new issue
of QEX (the American Radio Relay League's bimonthly technical journal)
has an article on "A simplified GPD-Derived Frequency Standard" by
Bertrrand Zauhar, VE2ZAZ.

It uses a PIC and small handful of other ICs and appears to be based on
frequency, rather than phase, measurement.  The claimed short-term
performance is in the 1x10e-10 range.
