[time-nuts] Time Interval Averaging: Theory, Problems, and Solutions

Almost all of the HP Journal issues from the 70s and 80s are online at
www.hparchive.com .  There may be other copies floating around, but that's
the easiest way to get them.

I just printed a copy of that one out myself when 'restoring' a nice 5345A
last weekend.
