Yes, I was surprised. They also use a double oven, which probably helps.

I did not see any mention in their specification heet of a voltage input 
to tweak the frequency, which would be a disadvantage for me. I like my 
SRS PRS-10, which provides both a voltage input for frequency control 
and a 1 PPS input for discipliningit with the 1 PPS signal from a GPS 
receiver. I'm not at all sure how one would tweak the OSA 8600 to make 
it agree with a higher-quality time or frequency source.
