[time-nuts] HP 5345A & HP-IB?

Hi:

I think my SR620 is going bad and have brought out an HP 5345A opt 11 
(HP-IB).  I can work the front panel and see time interval readings that 
look good, but so far can not get it to talk on the bus.  someone had 
put a narrow strip of yellow mylar insulating tape on the HP-IB 
connector pin for SRQ.  Maybe I should not have removed it?

Has anyone got one of these to talk on the bus?
