[time-nuts] GOES. to GPS converter antenna....is there really one?

I believe that Kinemetrics bought TrueTime, and there was at some time some
Japanese ownership. 

Will ask my old mate Greg Kret who used to work for them for many years.

What is the genealogy between Kinemetrics and Truetime. Was Kinemetrics
bought by Truetime or did (the time/freq part) just change name to Truetime?
