[time-nuts] Lucent Rb module

A friend has acquired a  Lucent Rb reference module-described as 
follows-
"The front panel part of the buff coloured Lucent module is marked:
Lucent ED2R849-31, G4
WP-92066-L5"
I've not been following the current discussion on Lucent hardware that 
closely but do these numbers mean anything to anyone more involved 
with that equipment?
 Looking for as much info as may be available.
