That seems like a lot of money for something you can build for around $100 !!
I've built two of the G3RUH/N1JEZ design and they work just fine.
Got one locking up a Tuned Cavity PLO at 970 MHz for UHF Cal, the other as
a Time Base reference for a couple of counters.
