What do you mean "it's probably the thermistor"? You mean the black wires
are for the thermistor, or the problem is probably the thermistor?

It's a 10811-60155 (I think the manual stays it is an "untested" model).

And to answer your other email, sure I'll take some high-res pictures of it
all if I can get it all apart like in the manual.
