[time-nuts] Neat toys on eBay for PN measurement

Only took a few minutes to get the 11729C working.  The attached shot was
taken without quadrature locking, so who knows how accurate it is, but the
proportions look good.

I couldn't get the 11729C's PLL to lock, but I think that's because my
8662A's got a stability problem in FM mode.  I'll have to add an EFC input
for the 8662A next and see how it does then.

John A., did you get yours yet?  Wonder if the third one went to a member of
this list; I didn't recognize the eBay user ID.
