The answer is simple ...
Packing = $$$, right off the bottom line.

Since most, if not all electronics on e-Pay is sold
"as-is", the seller has no reason to be concerned with
the item arriving safely. Only his conscience, which,
sadly, in the case of most sellers is non-existent.

Don't blame the UPS Store, he only packs with the $$
the seller gives him.
