[time-nuts] Z3801A with 0 ns PU

Just out of curiousity, has anyone ever seen a Z3801A producing and 0 ns/initial 24hr holdover prediction uncertainty?  I was monitoring this unit for a few days at it was at 100 ns then I needed the computer's serial port something else for a couple of days.  When I starting monitoring it again it was at 0 ns.  See attached pics.
