Hi Christopher:

The "data sheet" does not have an Allan plot, but instead has phase noise data. 
  That says to me that they are not too serious about timing, or maybe have 
something to hide?  Or most likely they are rushing to get it to market and 
have not compiled the needed data, let's hope it's the latter.

For example the Thunder Bolt "data sheet" has Allan type data, see:
