[time-nuts] NTP offset

Ideally the device should allow for proper offset so that its NTP time is in
proper sync.

I don't know if you can do a 'fudge' command (to force a certain delay time)
with an actual server or not.

You should be able to get much better accuracy (10-100ms) just using NTP
over the internet.
