[time-nuts] GOES time service

	As far as I know, that's exactly what happened. It was, in fact, the primary reason that I got rid of my GOES clock, bit the bullet, and invested in some GPS clocks.

	I admit I was somewhat annoyed. It can't have taken much overhead to provide timecode through the GOES data stream, and I really liked my old TrueTime 468.
