[time-nuts] Odetics GPSTAT

Hi Steve,

I don't have a GPSTAT manual but fairly certain that the PSU and antenna are
same as the original GPSTAR. I DO have GPSTAT software, and RS-232 manual
which is compatible with GPSTAT and other units.

Will dig out what I can find that is appropriate and email direct.
