nice plots. Standard deviation of 2ns is very good. You can try to get  the 
standard deviation down even further by decreasing the EFC Scale slightly.  The 
goal is to get the EFC variations to be as small as possible since the EFC  
voltage is directly related to output frequency.
 
Also, slightly increasing the EFC Damping will reduce the Sawtooth and  
general GPS related errors that may end up on the EFC voltage, so that may also  be 
interesting to tweak to get the absolute maximum performance out of the unit  
while still maintaining stability.
 
With the best OCXO's I have seen standard deviations down to 1.6ns as  
indicated by GPSCon.
