In replying to Didier's question.

The SR620's reference is my in-house standard.  In fact a Russian high 
performance rubidium that has been drifting < 5E-13/month for the past five 
years.  It's now ten years old and I will very much miss it when it finally 
dies as it is very stable.

The results have already been corrected, for the references inaccuracy.

But I must repeat my noise floor is 2E-11/sec.  This is the best the SR620 
can do (actually about 1E-11 but I double it to be safe).
