A quick update on my Manuals pages.

The frames and the partial availability of my site are due to my switching
ISP and trying to develop a secure and flexible backup solution. 
The manuals are not going away and these issues will be resolved in the next
few days (with any luck).
I have learned a bit more than I wanted to know about hosting, DNS and
virtual servers lately, and I'm not over done yet :-)

In the mean time, if ko4bb.com is not available, try http://www.eds-fl.com
or http://tonga.globat.com/~ko4bb.com/
Both sites have the manuals, eds-fl.com (currently the same as ko4bb.com,
except for the frames) may not have the entire full complement yet, but that
will be completed this week-end, and the download speed is MUCH faster
(>500kB/s here, versus ~100kB/s for globat), so on a big manual, it makes a
significant difference. 

The cgi scripts on tonga.globat.com/~ko4bb.com/ are not all fully functional
(Manual download and search works, upload and mail doesn't) because the top
of my domain is not the root of the apache server. That will also be fixed
Real Soon Now.
