Nice graphs.  Thanks.

What is cusaing the bumps?  Why are they now big enough to see easily but 
much smaller a while ago.  The first "big" one I see is mid 1998.  There are 
some wiggles before then, but I wouldn't notice them unless I was looking 
carefully.
