[time-nuts] Efratom FRK Connector Pin ID

I bought one of these "over there" and having a time trying to read the
pin numbers on the connector. It has three rows, 7, 6 and 7 pins.
Has anyone got the pin ID available ?

I found a manual on BAMA, it has a pin-out nothing like the one I have
although it says it's an FRK.
