[time-nuts] Eclipses and atomic clocks

I got some private answers.
Sorry, I've been concise not to bias your thoughts.
Only, I would precise that for "unlocked" I mean a clock in
which the crystal is free running not locked to Rb or Cs, and not to lock between clocks,
