[time-nuts] Question about 5065A 2nd Harmonic Problem

I would be happy to set up a wiki at febo.com, if someone would like to
administer it. I have life-stuff going on at the moment that would make
it hard for me to commit to any new challenges.

(I actually had a time-nuts wiki on the old server, but since it wasn't
being used I didn't carry it forward onto the new machine.)
