[time-nuts] WWV / WWVH / WWVB

I'm  glad to know that what I have been seeing is reasonable.  I have 
had difficulty syncing to WWVB with embedded receivers before, so 
perhaps I will get a better signal from the top floor of my house.  Here 
on ground level I never see it lock.
