[time-nuts] adjustable gain/offset amplifiers

The AM501 op amp module has a 5MHz unity gain bandwidth.  It can do +/- 40V/50ma.  It has no offset control.

The AM502 differential amp has an adjustable bandwidth. You can set the high/low points from 0.1Hz to 1 MHz,   Does +/-5V/25ma.  Has a built in offset control.  Gain from 1 to 100,000.

Tektronix made a TM500 Op-Amp module that would do what you want
functionally, but I don't know about the BW.
