Here are a couple more plots of the effects of position errors in the Thunderbolt perfomance. The first is with the location offset by 50 feet. The other is with the lat/lon exact, but the altitude set 200 feet high.

The effects of a position error of 35 feet in lat and lon (50 feet total) is still quite noticeable. Altitude errors have less effect than lat/lon errors, but are still significant.

It appears that many of those 30 second or so flat topped spikes that appear in your the PPS and DAC plots are due to differences in the surveyed position and the current satellite location fix. The closer you can get an accurate antenna location into your Tbolt, the better your performance should be.
