No, search Ebay for 'thunderbolt gps'... you will get 10 times as many hits. For 200 bucks you can get a complete, ready to go system. For $100 bucks or so you can get the basic unit and add your own power supply, antenna, etc. Seller fluke.l has a pretty good reputation for backing up his sales if things go wrong.

your best and least expensive path may be to buy a Thunderbolt or
Thunderbolt package (power supply, antenna etc) from the GPS store in China.
Search ebay for Trimble Thunderbolt...
