[time-nuts] Anyone have a Tracor 599h manual?

I have a manual and I have modified several to 60 KHz. All you have to do  
is change the Synthesizer. Where are you located. I can mail it to you and 
you  return it with reimbursement of my shipping expenses.   By the way
