Other countries are also implementing restrictions on what comes in, hence the concern about what is being sent out.

It is a new costoms form.  It wants a very detailed description of
every ithem in the box, size, weight
and so one.   It takes time to fill it out unless you are set up for
automation.  So the $10 extra
or what ever pays for the extra 1/2 hour of labor

They are afraid the Chinese will get there hands on some high-tech
made in China goods.
