Does mylydia cost include sawing the 80 sets out of the 2000 square inches? (their website doesn't say) 

I think the cost that was previously cited includes all the parts on the board.  And might include a variety of manufacturing incidentals that all add up, too. Some board houses automatically do the post mfr continuity tests, for instance.
