Morning, folks.

After much consideration I've decided that I really do need that 
accurate 1PPS and 10MHz source.

Seller "flyingbest" on eBay is offering those Tbolt/PSU/AA packages 
for a princely $189.

Any "gotchas" or reasons to not get one of these?
